Encrypted volume check: Volume information on <drive>: cannot be read.
There is a event ID 24620 when connect a external USB HD and Volume information cannot be read, the error is Microsoft-Windows-BitLocker-Driver, but it is no true.
Solution: you only need to reconfigure drive letter (in disk manager), there aren't Encrypted volume.
